Signature Belted Jeans

Well it is very frustrating to handle this situation, firstly I ordered this jeans without knowing it is pre-order and will be delivered from the end of May on Shop(there was no sign for pre-order on shop), and so I requested to change the addess as I was about to relocate in different country, and it took so long as they asked me to provide the neccesary information twice with separate emails, which was fine. But as I still haven’t got updated about the trasit situation, I emailed them a few times as I haven’t got the response for a couple of days, so had to email them again today to check about this order, and the team didn’t check it properly and told me it was delivered in May, which is not this jeans, the other shirt that I ordered together. It is very disappointing as a regular customer of this brand, and I cannot understand why it is so hard to communicate with them and fix the situation seamlessly. And yes I am still waiting for this jeans and had to explain them again.
