Super happy with our 20 lb package! The burger is excellent, love the flavor. New cut for us was the Steak Picanha. Quick seared it at high temp in oil in cast iron with light simple seasoning. It was so good!

Super happy with our box!

It is just me and my partner, so a 20# box will last a while. High Lonesome was very communicative with the drop off coordination. We had a few packages that had accidentally been torn into. High Lonesome was very responsive and replaced the damaged packages the next week. So far, the meat we have had has been very good! We are excited to try on of the steaks soon! I highly recommend High Lonesome!
