My wife and her girl friend are happy chicken gals, they chat on the phone, have to laugh, and I feed into it! I had serious health issues laying me flat for 12 weeks, in the V A Hospital, then no good afterwords, lost use of my lower legs. So between her driving down 70 miles to be with me, and during traumatizing periods, stayed at the Fisher house. During this in and out, her Buddy Barbara, learned the life sustaining skills of keeping rabbits chickens, and a dog, healthy during the ice and snow. That spring, Barbara bought a good solid made coop and started her own flock! Now that’s a conversation whenever they chat! We have had bantams throughout 42 years, and although my contributions today are nil. I still jump ‘no pun’; to fix, upgrade or create whatever her little heart desires. They both are tickled with your book. Even brings things up the ‘old dog’ wasn’t aware of. Keep doing what you’re doing, Happy people have chickens!
