Super pretty shoes and comfortable 😍 Normally I'm using size 39, but from this dancing shoes I needed a 40.

Hidden fees on returns – very disappointing The shoe didn’t fit. Despite free shipping being advertised and paying for the return myself, €20 was deducted from my refund without any clear communication. This fee is hidden in the fine print and only justified with a legal decree after the fact.

The shoes are very pretty and the delivery was very fast. However, I need a size 34.5, which doesn't exist, so they're a bit big. I also find the fastening not very practical.
