I own a charter company in the Galveston area and use SORD knifes to clean the fish we catch and they are easy to handle with the great handle and clean fish after fish and still keep their edge. Just purchased another knife for the new boat we just added. I will never buy another brand of knife again.

7” Flexy is a High Quality Fillet Knife

Recommended to me by a boat captan who claimed SORD is the best fillet knife he’s owned. He broke the tip after years of use/abuse and was sent a free replacement. I haven’t put mine through the paces yet but it’s obviously a high quality knife. Pricey but I think it falls into the classic category of “you get what you pay for”.
