A wild concoction that works very well. Great depth of flavor from the sweet dates, a hint of the coffee underneath, and a mild zing of heat on the tail end. It's a great low-heat flavor bomb for many dishes, perfectly complimenting the hotter Big Smoke Chipotle sauce when you are looking for something milder. I have Big Smoke, Mycellium, and now this Coffee Date on constant rotation.

This one surprised us. Very mild and sweet (not too sweet) sauce with a great complex flavor profile. If your a fan of baked brie this goes with it. That and and any charcuterie set up for entertaining.
