I had a rug doctor, which I loved, til it broke a couple of weeks ago. I was sold on purchasing another rug doctor until I watched a YouTube video comparing my machine to a Bissell. Boy was I stunned as it bissell put the rug doctor to shame. I purchased the Bissell Big 10. Cannot believe my eyes. It got out an old bright yellow bile stain that the rug doctor and peroxide couldn’t touch. This machine is amazing. And the carpets do dry very fast. They are much cleaner than when my very expensive carpet cleaning company cleans them. It’s great!!
