I just can’t say enough

My son and I love music. We listen to it in the car all the time and it has brought about so many wonderful questions in conversations. My son opens up about so many feelings after mama nous helps me facilitate this safe space to be vulnerable. I truly feel like a lot of healing is happening when I listen to her music as well, really wish I would’ve had someone like her to listen to when I was little.

Bedtime Routine Game Changer

We have loved adding the Blow A Kiss to the Moon album to our bedtime routine. My daughter used to have a hard time settling down, but now that we listen and sing this album, she settles in much easier. The words are simple and sweet, perfect for bedtime. We both love singing the songs, and it has made bedtime that much sweeter. Thank you Mama Nous!
