The box was fine as always as I had items from this firm before the only let down was when they asked for an email address for the person we were sending it to which we didn't know so I contacted the firm asking them when the item was ready could they put a note in to say who sent it? They said they would look into it, A few days later after the box was sent I got a text to ask if we had sent the box by any chance as she had rang around to try and find out WHO had sent it which took the niceness out of the surprise, so all in all a bit disappointed with the service to say the least.
