I am sure that this is very high quality tea, but my first cup was so weak. I communicated with the company, and it was suggested that I steep an extra half of a tablespoon for the same length of time. I could then taste the Earl Grey better, but the taste was not very pleasing. I ended up having to add sugar and milk. Everyone has different taste buds. This is just not flavourful enough for me. I appreciate how the customer service representative replied to me so quickly with suggestions.

My favorite! Okay…one of them.

When I need a good strong morning cup of tea - this is my go to. Always delicious!
