Bi-monthly Cozy Mystery Book Box

While I liked the Marrying & Burying theme, not so much the shipping box. I get it shipping is pricey & every ounce counts so you went with a less sturdy box. Nothing was missing, this time. I loved the extras--the cute frame, sweet bookmark, crossword puzzle book ( some-times I gift the puzzle books but I'm keeping this one), cookies (always a fave) and bath bomb. Thanks for all you do.

I really like the reading journal and the box contents were ok. What I didn't like were the actual books. Matrimony, Money and Murder by Cindy Bell was one of the worst cozy mysteries I've ever read. The plot was lame, the characters one dimensional and the book had absolutely no flavor or depth. It appears it was written by template. I threw it away rather than torture anyone else with the writing. The second book was marginally better. If the books quality don't get better, I'll cancel my subscription.

This is my first box, and I love it! So many fun items (the cookies were consumed immediately)! I have completed several of the crossword puzzles, and the magnetic bookmark is so useful.
