it doesn't curl my hair as advertised and when trying to turn the wand to curl the hair I keep hitting the on/off switch due to its placement. I'm really not happy with the device. I'm disappointed because I really like the other products that I had purchased from TYMO but this one just didn't seem to work as well. I would really like to return it

the reason for the 3 star is because the product came with US plug rather than UK. I have ordered before and it was sent with correct plug. I contacted Tymo and the answer was that it is what it is,and that I will have to purchase my own adapter. making this produc £100 . for what it is, made in China, does not worth the money. plus if I wanted to refund i had to pay the fee. too expensive and poor customer service also. quick to answer but no resolution.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
I provided this information to Tymo with no response. The design of this product is substandard:
- The design and placement of the control switch - when using the palm of a hand shuts the unit off.
- Clamping of hair on the wand is difficult to turn the device and hold on to the tip of wand the to clamp the hair. A spring loaded clamp would have been easier to use.
I am very disappointed with your return terms and offers of partial refunds. The device is simply not easy, effective, or pleasant to use. The fact that return shipping is expensive is even more disappointing.
