My daughter and I are both loving this ad it’s a great replacement for afternoon caffeine and gives you a boost of energy without the crash. Seems to clear the mind too!

Great, gentle, uplifting, feel good energy! Amazing caffeine substitute. Mood and mental focus are the high points. In terms of working out, I have not noticed any increase in strength.

It is very sweet for me, THE ONLY WAY I am using it is by Diluting it in 2 parts and yes It does give me good Enery but not a fun of the overpowered sweet flavor, I don't think I will keep buying it again, maybe if a sugar less version is introduced...
