Great products, just be aware of shipping

I was recommended this product by my therapists and felt a need to get one after having issues with plucking and picking, so I ordered a Grippie in my favorite color. When going through the checkout process it looked like the product came with two-day shipping, but it is actually two week shipping. However, I greatly prefer buying from an individual seller and waiting a little longer to get a product than giving more money to amazon just to have something in two days. I was not aware of the shipping situation until I contact Little Ouchie customer service, but my customer service rep was kind, helpful, and informative and helped calm me down and let me know my product was coming without any issues, and once it arrived I instantly loved using it. I definitely recommend this product and will be sure to buy more if I need them.

I am so grateful for Lil Ouchies! I have ordered them not only for myself, but people I work with as a mental health professional. I educate people all the time about stimming an repetitive behaviors from a neurodivergent friendly lens, and it's so great to have stim/fidget toys I can offer people which have been thoughtfully created and that so many I've shared with have found effective!

Maybe I’m missing something but not sure what the hype is. It’s just a piece of 3D printed plastics with some spikes on it?
