Trade Shirt - Olive

I had to re order as the shirt was much smaller than expected. I spoke to someone who worked there and they said usually they were true to size, so I ordered a new shirt. Now after emailing a couple of times they are saying I’m too late to get a refund!

The shirt arrived with the side tag sewn almost completely hidden under the fabric, does not look how it was advertised. And the shirt is thin for $50.
