Personalized Spotify plaque

Never received after multiple back and forth emails. Always was told it was a shipping issue and wouldn’t take care of the issue. Asked for a refund and the company wouldn’t honor because it was still “shipping”. Wouldn’t replace the item either. Finally had to dispute the payment. Highly disappointing customer service to be told the same lie over and over and not own up and correct the problem.

I have been waiting for my Spotify plaque to arrive for six months now. Despite numerous emails requesting an update and then a refund all I ever receive is the same automated replies telling me how much you value my custom and it’s on its way. Clearly you don’t and obviously it isn’t on its way. There is no customer service whatsoever. It’s a shame because the original song was great and was the reason why I went for the upgrade.

I shared this with my husband on May 12 for our 36 yr anniversary, this was my gift to him to share our history, he immediately started crying once he heard our story being put into words...needless to say he was speechless once he heard our life together as one , i will never be able to top this gift....it was absolutely beautiful and every word was completely true. I cant thank you enough for the gift of love that you was able put my history into words of our life so beautifully. Our grown son's said this was our life and this is exactly what dad done for us...he is the greatest father, pap and man...
