Little color variation

Ours was nearly all the same color, no color variation as was shown in o line photos. We understand there is variability in each piece. But we feel we were a bit mislead not seeing it before it arrived. The Company did not want to work with us to fix it, stating it’s within normal range.

Nice artwork/ sketchy communication

This item was as described and a very unique quality showpiece. The shipping was fast and the packaging was very nicely done to protect the artwork during shipping. The only negative I have to report was that there was an inaccurate app that was encouraged to be downloaded to track shipping. The app did not supply the correct information which made the transaction a bit unsettling considering it was such a large purchase. Then, when contacting the company via email the communication was through a bot-not an actual human employee. Ultimately I was supplied with the correct tracking number and was able to track my item through FedEx. It arrived within the stated shipping window that I was given at checkout. I am happy with the artwork and it looks beautiful in our home.
