Very good but nobody's perfect...

I've ordered twice for black out shades. They arrive fairly quickly given they are shipped directly from China and the first order was perfect. Second order there was a mistake in manufacturing where rolller arrived standard vs. my order which was for it to be reversed. I was able to take it apart and fix it so all good but it required some extra effort. Customer service responded quickly though and I'm sure if I couldn't fix it they likely would have replaced it.
