I absolutely love the look of this bag, but unfortunately, I won’t be carrying it anymore. I made the mistake of removing the protective plastic before trying it with my belongings. Once I loaded it, I realized just how heavy it is. I wish I had reviewed the return policy beforehand because, after removing the plastic, I was no longer able to return it. That’s $260 plus tax that I can’t get back. I’ve only carried the bag twice, and it now sits boxed up in my closet waiting to be sold. I don’t carry many items nor have I had this issue prior, yet the bag is still uncomfortably heavy. I would not recommend using it for a full day of shopping, especially if you plan to wear it on your shoulder or as a crossbody. That said, I think it would be a great bag for special occasions or shorter outings where you won’t be carrying it for long periods. The bag is classy, beautifully structured, and very well made. However, if you don’t like heavy handbags, I would strongly encourage you to consider that before purchasing. Its weight alone makes it impractical for everyday use.
