Great customer service and a lovely necklace.

The customer service is on a different level; and the necklace is lovely. I bought two necklaces before I bought this one, and she called me based on the phone number I gave during the transaction to let me know that the length might not be appropriate for a guy. We agreed to switch to a longer length without charging me extra, but when I received them, they were a little too big for my boy. ICE and GOLD replaced them with 6 mm, and I will suggest ICE and GOLD to anyone.
