Disappointed

This was meant to be an heirloom for our family. Unfortunately, the first one arrived damaged. The arm looked like it broke off and someone tried to repair it leaving a crack. Customer service quickly apologized and offered to send a replacement. The replacement had a broken thorn. I expected a higher quality for such an expensive crucifix and long wait time. Now I have two broken crucifixes and customer service is not responding. Really disappointed with the whole scenario.

I had to wait months for this beautiful cross and it was worth it! It’s beautiful and detailed. Very happy with my purchase.
