4-Level Mansion Cage

Decent product with a few flaws

The cage is genuinely nice looking (apart from the add-on color not matching the bottom exactly and the bottom cages mess guards being not as see through and chipped up) and it seems to be of good quality for the price. It is spacious for my Prairie Dog with room to put items for activities and toys. I don’t see the cleaning being hard because of the door as other reviews had stated. The issues I have with this product is the instructions. They have only 6 steps each but are fairly hard to follow through. Bolts are incredibly hard to match up and there’s a ridiculous amount of extra pieces that don’t seem to be even mentioned. The door on the two-level did not come with the bottom bolt placed in the door; it was just loose in the box. Figuring out how to fix the door was a nightmare as there is zero information on how to put that piece in correctly. This also is not a one person build; the shelf levels are strenuous to do by yourself. The YouTube tutorial was also pretty awful as it’s the old outdated cage and the video is sped up with little helpful information. Also when I received the product, the add-on’s mess guards where plastic wrapped on both sides and came together really nicely, but for the 2-level, the mess guards were only wrapped on side resulting in them arriving chipped and scratched up from moving around in the box. They serve their purpose but look visually unappealing. Overall it is a good cage with good quality and I am happy with the product but there are a few aspects that need to be worked on. I would purchase another now that I know what to expect and how to face the challenges that may come with it.

These truly are the best cages don’t waste your money on anything else if you want Quality these are the ones I have so many of their cages and they are top-notch
