Paris Tote

I purchased this bag specifically as a Mother’s Day gift for my mother, as she travels frequently and I thought a small bag would be perfect for her. I believed I was purchasing a brand-new bag, however I instead received what appeared to be a used display bag, with someone’s glasses left inside the pocket. When I contacted customer service, I was told, “Oh, a customer must have left it in the bag,” which I found very disappointing and unprofessional. I then contacted the Newmarket store to arrange an exchange for a new bag, only to later discover that there was no stock available and that the bag I had purchased was in fact the display bag. What is most disappointing is that nobody contacted me beforehand to advise that stock was low or that the item being sold was a display bag. Had I been informed, I would have requested a refund instead of proceeding with the purchase. I am disappointed with the level of customer service. It has left a very sour taste in my mouth.

I just LOVE my Paris Tote. The size, shape, colour it's just perfect. I could not be happier with my purchase. The ease of ordering and the speed with delivery was above and beyond. I live south of Auckland so delivery is sometimes slower. Thanks Saben

The Perfect Partner!

This bag is so great. Nice & light, but still with lots of compartments & spots for things. Great fabric that's up for travel & being thrown in the car & just a great size that it fits lots but you can't load up so it breaks your neck. Plus the double straps not only look great but are functional. I truly love it!
