Dissatisfied with the product and resolution

I was excited to order the cover for my disc bound planner. When I got home from holiday vacation a week or so later, I was so disappointed to see the workmanship of my planner. The stitching and material of the pocket alignment was off and the buckle did not lay even. It was crooked. I contacted the company and after a few days, I was instructed on how to return the product. They responded to the chat message but not the email that explained why I needed to return it. I’m disappointed that the reason was not addressed and that no resolution was offered. It’s a beautiful product and I ordered it after seeing my daughter in law’s cover and really wanted it to work out for me.
