I love this soothing product and I feel great taking it in the evening with my Sleep Honey as part of my daily self care routine. It has a gentle calming effect and I highly recommend xx

Her Honey
I meant to order Sleep Honey. But thought since I've now got Her Honey, give it a go. Yes do feel like my energy is better during the day. Have passed menopause so can't comment on how it would help with period problems but both products I've tried so far are excellent.
