2003 & Down Sportster Titanium

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought a 03+ subcage, cage seems to be made pretty well. But this company's customer service is extremely poor. When I received the cage it was missing the titanium scrape block, I reached out to them asking if the could ship out the missing part. They responded quickly and asked me to double check that the item wasn't in the box. After i double checked everything i emailed them again to let them know i did not have the missing part. They then sent me a refund of $40 so i went to reorder the missing part from them and its $65 and out of stock. They will no longer respond to emails. I would never order parts from this company again.
