where to improve

I have been using your cases for a few years and love the design and ease of use. I would really like to have the plastic part of the case be more durable. One accidental drop and a crack in the plastic renders the whole case unusable. Another option is to be able to replace the plastic portion with a new one, so I dont have to buy a whole new case.
