I haven't had a chance to install the Power Steering Conversion Kit but on examination it looks high quality and everything I need. The purchase transaction and delivery went smooth and I appreciate the Tuckers reaching out by telephone to actually thank me for the purchase, nice touch. Very well put together kit had absolutely everything that I needed to install power steering on my in-line six cylinder. No gas work no grinding.

Installation is about 75% complete, having issues with power steering pump getting interference from the stock alt bracket. IE, cap can't be removed and hitting alt bracket. Pump is in it's lowest setting. My truck is a 1968 with a 307ci. Can't put alt in stock position due to belt would rub/hit power steering pump. Can't use after market alt brackets due to my style of exhaust manifold (alt mounts to it). I've had to modify the alt bracket and move it out so a belt can run on all 4 pulleys. Steering box fit like it suppose to so no problem there. Hopefully everything else goes easy. Also wasn't pleased that the power steering pump is a rebuild unit. Steering box sure I can understand that due to the price. But I feel the pump should be new. Just my opinion. Thanks
