The stainless steel bottles are great. The machine could use sturdier materials rather than plastic. Customer service was very good.

Great Product!

We did lots of research on seltzer machines and loved everything about this one.We were not disappointed when it arrived.We had a fluke issue with it,notified customer service and a replacement was in the mail that day.We had bought 2 of them and the other one is working great. We bought some unsweetened Black Cherry essence from Flavor Essence,a great combination.

I gave it four stars because although I really love the water, the CO2 cartridge ran out really fast! Seems like it’s going to be pretty expensive to keep making it.
