Never received the item I ordered. Received something totally different. Contacted by email THREE TIMES. Contacted by "Live Chat", NO ONE EVER CAME ONLINE. Contacted by phone, was required to leave a voicemail, which I did. ALL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY FAILED....NO RESPONSE. Except when I contacted Mastercard to dispute the charge. Then, not only did I get my money back, but they have the nerve to want my feedback! Horrible customer service...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have no doubt this review will never be posted and shared online.
