In this case the product is not the problem. It feels high quality and has a nice look to it. However, it does not fit. I went on the website to do an exchange but the only option is to do an exchange for the same stule in a different color which is not helpful. There is also a chat feature which isn’t really a chat in regard to getting an immediate response. You give your email and then you tell them what the problem is and they will answer you later 🙄. All in all this review has more to do with lackluster service and a lame exchange policy than it has to do with the quality of this particular band. And i can’t comment on the band because it doesnt fit. Either way I’m disappointed.
