Contacted customer support about returning a faulty item, due to it not unlocking, only possible way to get it to unlock would be the key but it defeats the purpose of the combination lock. Hence why I bought it. Haven’t heard back from the manufacture

I got a faulty box, messaged the company about a return and havent heard back. Wont unlock without a key. Cant set up password with the directions on hand, it automatically locks up.
