The keys arrived and at least one of works very smoothly in the lock.
I'm putting a extra key in a lock box on the trailer as I don't know how the AMP lock could be removed with out a key.

I lost my backup key to my coupler lock as well as the key code needed to replace the key. After talking to their customer service and following their directions the informed me the could duplicate the key. They did this quickly and it was shipped quickly. This is and Awesome company from their customer service to their outstanding products. I tell everyone that I meet with travel trailer or any trailer really that they need this product for the security of their trailer. Thank you AMPLOCK!

“2 replacement lock keys” is the missing product description here. When I ordered the “Trailer Lock Key” I assumed I was receiving 1 key per each ordered. As a result, I now have 4 spares, 2 more than I intended on purchasing.
