Layla Strapless Pleated Gown

Unfortunately, this dress was purchased as a final sale and came with significant creasing and crushing to the bodice that will require professional repair and even then, may be unrepairable. The skirt, as well, has significant creasing, and because the fabric is pleated, steaming out any of the creases may remove the pleats. I’m not sure where this dress was stored, but it clearly wasn’t handled properly. The bodice, also, is huge, and doesn’t fit at all like the store sample. Not allowing exchanges on a damaged dress is poor business practice.
