I add to my nutrition smoothie each morning and it's a hearty and clean ground flaxseed that has an nice aroma and flavor to add in.

I love this brand. I use it daily in my keto non-cream of wheat. I prepackage 15 grams of ground flaxseeds, 15 grams of coconut flour, 3 grams whole psyllium husk, and a pinch of sea salt. Combine in a deep microwaveable bowl, making sure to break up any lumps. Add about 350 ml of nutmilk and stir mashing up any lumps. In a 1000 watt micro oven, I heat it for about 1 min 55 seconds. Add fruit, nuts, or more nutmilk as desired. So yummy!
