The bag came with a broken zipper and a warranty claim was filed with acknowledgment they would send a replacement. I have waited a month and nothing has been done. I have since emailed asking what’s going on and have gotten no response. Do not buy from Genesis

Build quality on this is better than their show bag. But i do not trust this company after lack of customer support after receiving a defective product.
