Was missing the included spell, but customer service crafted one for me

The candle is nothing special. I paid extra for the spell that came with it, but on receipt, the spell was missing, so I contact customer support, and they WROTE ME A NEW SPELL. I am so impressed with their customer service. They not only made it right -- they made it special. I'll definitely be ordering lots more stuff!
