Cobb V3 Accessport (DSG) - VW/Audi MQB Golf R (Mk7) / S3 2.0T (8V)

Very disappointed with EQT. I previously tuned my car with Eurodyne Maestro and never had misfires, hard starts, or drivability issues, even on E85. After following EQT’s instructions, returning the ECU to stock, and loading their Cobb base file, I immediately got multiple cylinder misfires and starting issues. I was told my logs showed 34% ethanol despite draining the tank and filling with 93 octane as instructed. Support was slow, calls went unanswered, and I was told the tuner was over 100 tunes behind due to relocating. After spending roughly $14,000, being asked for another $400 while my car still doesn’t run properly is unacceptable.
