Cute fan and Great customer service

Ordered this trio as I wanted to give them to my group. The design is very cute and pretty good quality. However, one of the fans felt very loose due to the bolt being longer. Personally, I don't like fans that loose as it has a higher tendency to break over time. I emailed customer service that same day hoping for an exchange. In less than 24hrs, they offered to send me a replacement and had it shipped next day. This is my first time ordering from them and will order more in the future.
