Never smelled the original but this is very complex scent. You can definitely smell the authentic sweet ripe banana in the beginning with a lot of incense and woodsy notes. After some time the banana smell is not as prominent and goes more into the general sweetness with a lot going on in the background with heavy and sharp smells. Stays long on skin and on clothes practically until you wash them. It’s definitely a manlier smell, rather than unisex in my opinion. Really nice smell.

I can't even remember what it smelt like that's how much of an impression it had on me even though it's only two days ago that I wore it but I do remember one patient asked me what I was wearing so it couldn't be that bad...I remember it was fruity but couldn't smell grapefruit or banana which I was hoping for...it reminded me of Armani Diamonds
