The lotion bottle came broken

I ordered a perfume and a matching lotion the bottle never worked i contacted customer services the day it was delivered and got a reply asking for order number etc which I supplied and I never got a reply from so I have a bottle of lotion with a broken pump

I've never smelled the original but I've heard mixed reviews possibly reformulated, etc and it's like £120 for a bottle, this smells amazing and first spray I got a respectable 6 or so hours longevity on my skin woody, a little sweet and aromatic

I did not receive
