Great rack!

I bought this rack for my e mountain bike that I am now using as a commuter bike. It fits perfectly, super easy install and my own panniers fit perfect. The customer service was incredible and so helpful.

Ready to give it the test

I have installed the unit,with 2 cradles, for a race across Florida, the Sea to Sea 72 hour adventure race. This will be our second year participating in this race and the addition of the racks was to transfer weight on the long bike legs from our backs to my bike. Fingers crossed, we will see how it fairs for 300 miles. Only issue so far is the loss of paint when relocating the cradles. I changed positions a time or two and the powder coat peels off the rack when doing so. I put a spot of spray paint on it to protect the metal, just thought you might want to know. Love the product so far. I’ve got pictures of the peel,if interested. Thanks
