This product is amazing tasting, freshly brewed, strong but not bitter at all. I've ordered this product many months in a row and love the flavor. I highly recommend it

Disappointed

I was hoping to get barrister style coffee at home with minimal effort. This machine sounded like the perfect solution. Turns out the coffees produced were mediocre at best and the machine is “needy”. Seems every couple of cups, a notice appears - empty the tray, empty the waste bin, add water, clean the milk system. If I need to be that attentive, I’ll get a manual espresso machine and blame myself if the beverage does not meet expectations
