Battery Hold Down Installed

Old hold down was corroded and pealing. New powder coated aluminum one went it well and looks great. I called with an issue with the length of two of the screws (too short). The immediately confirmed my issues and sent me replacement screws 2mm longer. Great customer service!

Great Quality & Simple

It’s lightweight but very sturdy, it’s a bit oversized for the battery I currently have but it still holds the battery down securely. I test drove it and it stays in place, no problems to report. Definitely recommend!

The hold-down is great. The quality is excellent and the powder coat finish looks great. It would have been helpful to know the frame size or the battery it was designed for before ordering. Some vendors specify a Group 24 battery. I have a Group 35 battery in my 240Z. The frame is wider than the battery but fits front to back and still holds the battery in place. My positive terminal is on the outside (away from the engine). The only issue I had was expanding one of the holes on the stainless loop to align with the bracket threaded holes.
