My first toaster was damaged then the replacement had even more dents in it.I have sent another two e mails to you with no response & i dont have a toater that i've paid for.Your customer service is the worst i've ever dealt with.Does anything ever get checked or is nobody bothered?All i want is a working dent free toaster.
