Delivery Issues

I ordered this and another perfume for my daughter, 10 days before Christmas as a gift , I received an email saying items had been dispatched, I read the email realised the postcode on my address was incorrect and not the postcode I had given, so I phoned perfume parlour and told them the address was incorrect. They apologised and said they would send out another. I confirmed my address with them. Few days past and nothing, then I received another email saying my item had been dispatched, I checked the address and again the address was incorrect- postcode. So I sent another message explaining that I had confirmed my address twice and twice my item had been sent to the wrong address. I was waiting for perfume parlour to message me, when luckily I received a message through instagram, randomly from a lady who had been receiving my packages. She explained that our street had the same name, but town and postcode were different. I apologised and thanked her for the message. she said she would return to sender. I immediately contacted perfume parlour, and they asked me if I could find out the date it had been sent out? ?? No apology or acceptance that it was their mistake. Anyway you get the picture, I did get my perfume in the end, but it was too late for giving as a gift, and by that time I already purchased other perfumes from another supplier. I understand mistakes can be made especially over the busy period, but to make the same mistake twice, is not acceptable especially as I had phoned twice confirming address and messaged them confirming address. This problem was only resolved because the lady who was receiving my perfumes, was honest and cared enough to contact me, unlike perfume parlour. So I’m sorry but I would not recommend or purchase from this company again. The perfume fragrance were okay, a little over powering for me, I prefer a more subtle scent.
