Great quality that exceeded my hopes. I have seen many hats on Facebook that I drool over just to find out they either don't ship or they are garbage. I did my research and am very happy to have found the embroidery spot. I now have my hat company and don't need to do any more research.

Shipping was fast and the hat quality is great. You cannot beat a Richardson 112 hat. The box they were packaged in was adequate to keep the hat from getting smashed during shipping. Don't hesitate to order from the embroidery spot. Great craftsmanship.
