Not as good as it used to be

I have been using this website getting on for 10 years and have always really rated their products. I recently ordered 2 x scents that I have previously had from them, and am disappointed with them. One has a hint of cleaning-product smell about it and the other is not much to write home about. I am wondering if I have just got unlucky with the batch as I have never had this issue before. Has put me off ordering again though.
