Square Cuff Pouch

The cuff holder does hold the hinged cuffs securely, but is a little bit difficult to release the cuffs. It is a good fit on the belt, I would like it to be stiffer, but that is not an issue, it will probably be easier the wear while driving, or more comfortable against the seat.
