Individually packaged cookies are great! Boxing and overall look and presentation of the cookies are wonderful. I would have liked a slightly sweeter taste to the cookies, but they're still really nice. I did freeze mine. I would give it about 30 minutes before eating, but still found it a bit hard to eat. I would pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds and another 5 seconds and found it to be more of the consistency I desired. The pistachio cream was more palatable in texture and feel. I will be ordering more in the future and look forward to trying the other flavors.
